Service
CleanContract Intel provides research-based business-change signals for commercial cleaning companies. Signals may include publicly reported openings, relocations, expansions, operator changes, and other events that may create a reason for lawful business outreach.
No guaranteed contract
A signal is not a referral, bid invitation, endorsement, or guarantee that a prospect will purchase cleaning services. Customers must independently verify each opportunity before relying on it.
Pilot terms
The founding pilot is offered only after territory approval. The advertised $49 pilot covers one approved territory and a minimum of eight qualified signals. If fewer than eight qualify during the initial 14 days, research continues without an additional pilot charge until eight are delivered. No payment is collected through this website at this time.
Territory exclusivity
Exclusivity applies only to qualified signals delivered by CleanContract Intel within an active paid territory. It does not restrict public information, other lead providers, or businesses discovered independently.
Acceptable use
Customers may use delivered information for lawful business development. Harassment, deceptive outreach, resale, publication, automated mass messaging, or unlawful use is prohibited.
Liability
The service is provided on a research and informational basis. To the extent permitted by law, CleanContract Intel is not responsible for prospect decisions, source changes, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service and payment process develop. Material changes will apply prospectively. Questions may be submitted through the pilot application.
